How far in advance should we book you?
We recommend booking as early as possible — popular dates can fill up fast, especially during peak wedding season! Most couples book us 6-12 months in advance, but if your date’s coming up soon, feel free to check with us for availability.Do you offer both photography and videography packages?
Yes, absolutely! We offer both standalone and combined photo + video packages, so you can capture your special day from every angle. Let us know what you need, and we’ll tailor a package that fits.Where are you based, and do you travel for weddings?
We’re based in Manawatu, but we love a good adventure! We’re more than happy to travel anywhere — whether your wedding is local, around New Zealand, or beyond.How would you describe your style?
Our style is candid, authentic, and all about telling your unique love story. We focus on capturing real moments, emotions, and the natural flow of your day, so you can relax, be yourselves, and enjoy every second.How long will it take to receive our photos and/or video?
Our usual turnaround time is 3 - 4 days for a sneak peak (8-10 photos) then 6 - 8 weeks for full gallery photos and 8- 10 weeks for your wedding highlight film. We take great care in crafting and editing every detail so your memories look and feel amazing.Can we customize our package?
Absolutely! Every wedding is different, so we offer flexible packages. Whether you want full-day coverage, half-day, or something more bespoke — we’ll make it work for you.Do you require a deposit?
Yes, to secure your wedding date, we require a non-refundable deposit of 15% upon booking, with the remaining balance due a week before the wedding.Will we meet before the wedding?
Yes! We love connecting with our couples beforehand — either in person, via video call, or over coffee to get to know you and chat about your plans, your vibe, and your must-have shots.How long do you keep our photos and videos?
Your wedding highlights and edited photos are delivered via an online gallery that stays active for 2 years. However, we highly recommend downloading and backing up your files as soon as you receive them, just to ensure your memories are safe and always within reach. I do back up your photos and videos with me and keep them around 2 years, but as of now, I haven’t deleted any. So you can still have a copy whenever you need it.Do you also do other types of shoots besides weddings?
Yes, we do! While weddings are our specialty, we also offer photography and videography services for engagements, events, brands, and businesses. If you have something in mind, reach out — we’d love to hear about your project!Do you use a second shooter for wedding days?
Yes! A second shooter can be included in my packages. Having a second shooter lets us capture more moments from different angles, like both partners getting ready, guest reactions, and behind-the-scenes moments you might not see. It adds depth to your final film and helps tell a fuller, more cinematic story of your day. This is a great option if you're after more coverage and a richer visual experience!
